It has been a record
breaking year in 2009 for business at Qdos with a string of trading firsts, and
the busiest part of the year hasn’t finished yet.
Our list of records reached includes a 45% increase in referrals over the first nine months of the year, compared to last year, sales director Sid Hodgetts outlined.
The increase has been steady throughout the year with a higher number of referrals each month this year compared to last year.
Actual business is growing well also with a rise of 10% in the proportion of potential customers that have become actual customers.
All this has been
achieved while the market generally has been contracting, by up to 40%
according to some insurers.
“We’ve done fantastically well so far this year with the busiest part of the year still to take into account,” said Sid.
“We are now reaping the rewards for our considerable investment at the beginning of the year,” said Sid.
“We doubled our sales force from five to 10 sales staff with dedicated staff covering the North-West, North-East, Wales and Wiltshire for the first time and increased the main office staff by 20 per cent.
“In October we had our busiest Monday ever, more than doubling our daily referral target. With the busiest months of the year still to come we hope we’ll be beating these new records regularly,” he said.
Great news from Qdos, good to hear there are good, sound businesses that are doing well in these economic times. But it is down to customer service i think that Qdos is able to do well.
